2ndAprilthumbnailIt is now one week until I get on the big bird viagra generico online in the sky and start the journey home to accomplish the biggest achievement of my life. I am nervous yet excited and cannot wait to get to that starting line and experience what the London Marathon is all about. After Saturday’s run I have been struggling with aches viagra 50mg and pains, the transition from treadmill to the pavement has not been kind, recovery is taking significantly longer but whilst running I am not feeling much difference.

I have had my client in from the US all week which has involved a lot of pressure and stress, the last few months have been cialis daily brutally tough juggling everything and just when I thought I couldn’t take much more here is someone else piling on even more! beta blockers and cialis It comes with the territory, if you want to be successful at anything you have to be willing to accept that you need to do things that others don’t. Hard work is a key component in achieving your goals, it is one thing identifying what it is you want and it is another putting in the graft that is required to get it. People try to over complicate success but it really does come down to identifying what it is you want, working out how to get it and then working your backside off to get it. Hard work beats talent every day of the week when talent doesn’t work hard.

Over the next few days I am going to focus on my recovery and preparation for the big day. Stretching, rolling viagra cena and icing are going to be central to my recovery. My problem is that I sit behind a desk all day which causes me to seize up and it takes some time to get up and moving again. In terms of preparation I am in the process of finalizing the design of my carbo loading eating plan. I want to make sure that my diet is exactly right for the big day. It really is a balancing act now; keeping myself fit, injury free and raring to go for canadian pharmacy ultracet the starting line!

  • When sitting at a desk, try standing up every 20 minutes. It’s called non-exercise movement (see a great book by Joan Vernikos Sitting Kills, Moving Heals). I have a kitchen timer by my PC and have also installed stretchclock, a free programme where you set your own time interval and someone pops up by a lake doing a little stretch. If stretching in the office isn’t for you, standing up and sitting down again really helps on its own because you interact with gravity.

Look forward to hearing about your London experience but for sure you are already a success.

  • Congratulations on all your success and continued health in many ways!!
