Day 215 – 219 – Change of PlanJanuary 29th, 2014 by David
With my boss being out on vacation and the client jetting in over the weekend I have been running around the office and our project sites like a lunatic to make sure everything is cost of cialis vs viagra< in place. I was looking forward to getting all my preparation work done on Friday so that I would have the vardenafil vs viagra< weekend to relax and catch up on some much needed sleep. I was due to run 10 miles on Saturday but gave it a miss as my hip is still playing me up and I don’t want to push it. I can’t afford to have an injury now, there is less than 80 days to go, and I would rather miss a few training sessions now and be less prepared for the marathon than miss it completely! I know that as long as I have managed to get up to about 15 miles in my training that the excitement and adrenaline on the day will see me through to the 26.2 miles. Failure is not an option and I will complete the London Marathon even if I have to crawl over the finish line!
As my fitness has improved I have been thinking about all the sport that I would love to get back into playing. I have managed to find a local football team that is looking for players, I went down to a training session to introduce myself and ask whether it was possible to get a game. The locals were very receptive to having a foreigner on the team especially one buy cialis< from a football hotbed like England. I told them that I was currently injured but I would like to play the following week. At this point though I did question whether playing would be a wise decision for fear of injury and decided to have a think about it, I then saw on Facebook that my brother had dislocated his ankle playing so that pretty much made my decision!
On Monday I was stuck in client meetings all day and although I had fully intended to hit the gym at lunch I had to miss my training session. I was due to complete a 4 miler
but decided to take the advice of a http://healthymaleviagra-formen.com/< good friend of mine and give the running a rest and focus on non-impact cardio until my hip recovers. The client postponed some meetings on Tuesday which meant that I could escape to the gym and do a 45 min bike ride and 25 minute stretch. My hip is still painful but improving and I am hoping by Saturday I will be in a position to get back on track and complete my scheduled 12 miler – the furthest I would have ever ran in my life. Apart from my hip and the pressures of work, it hasn’t stopped snowing here in Almaty – I cannot wait for the winter to be over and see some sun in the spring! All the work and training is turning into a real hard rx express pharmacy< slog, I have thought about flying out for a long weekend away to recharge my batteries but a friend advised me not too and said that I should remain focused – what do you think?
