Day 141 – 142 – 20 Weeks & Kind CommentsNovember 14th, 2013 by David
I am 20 weeks in to my weight loss and lifestyle change program, I have come a long way in that time and the results are clearly visible not just physically but mentally
as well. I am focused and determined to succeed and have no desire to deviate from my plan. I am currently in the second phase of my system and have a little while to go before transitioning to phase 3 but I feel unbeatable, I am on autopilot and every day that I continue to stay on track is another day closer to realizing my goal. It took me a buy generic viagra significant time to get into the position I was in at the start of this journey and it is going to take a significant amount of time to rectify it and become the person that I have always wanted to be.
I was having a chat with a viagra 100 good friend at work about being mentally prepared before beginning your weight loss and lifestyle change program. We discussed about the importance of wanting the change and your new life. If you buygenericviagra-norx.com are told again and again that you cialis 20 mg directions can make
the change and become who you want to be but you are not receptive of this and do not make the change in your mind then you are never going to succeed in achieving your goal. If you don’t believe that you can make the change and you constantly offer excuses as to why you can’t do it then viagra prices you will never do it. You have to want it
and you have to want it bad. It is easier to not go for a walk, easier to put a
piece of cake in your mouth, easier to seek solace in food rather than people but the easy option isn’t going to get you the results that you want. Without hard work, dedication and persistence you are going to continue to gain weight and be unhappy – only you can make the permanent changes that cause permanent results. It is not easy but it is worth it.
I bumped into an old drinking buddy of mine for the first time since I started my journey. He came into the office and the first thing he noticed was the weight loss. He was shocked at the change and he asked whether it was due to the fact I wasn’t going out drinking anymore! I told him that this was one of a number of contributing factors. He wasn’t the only one to make a kind comment this week, each time someone pays me a compliment it fuels my motivation. I am starting to look in the mirror and like what I see. I know there is some way to go but the person looking back is getting closer and closer to what I want to see.
